Calibration of Single Phase Energy Meter
Calibrating a single-phase energy meter follows the same principle as three-phase calibration, with a simpler test setup: one voltage and one current circuit, compared against a reference. Single-phase test benches such as the GF102, and single-phase calibrators from the GF112 family, are the instruments named for this work in the manufacturer's range.
The test plan should still cover the full working range: low current for starting and creep checks, mid-range for normal accuracy, and high current for overload behaviour. A smart optical sampler reads the meter's pulse output; check that the sampler matches the meter's pulse indicator and that ambient light does not disturb the reading, because a missed pulse looks exactly like a meter error.
For laboratory work, a bench with more than one position saves time when many single-phase meters must be tested. For field work, a portable tester with a clamp-on CT suits meters that cannot be taken out of service. Record the same test-point data as for three-phase work: reference reading, meter reading, error, load, and power factor.
Before ordering, confirm the meter types, the accuracy class, the position count if a bench is needed, and the delivery terms. Ask for the current datasheet to be confirmed in writing before ordering.

Figures on this page come from the manufacturer's own category pages, manufacturer-hosted datasheets, or a shop listing stated as such. Where the reference material does not settle a figure, this site states that it is unresolved and publishes no figure, rather than choosing one.
What to confirm before ordering
Before payment, confirm the model, the specification from the current datasheet, the quantity, the price, the lead time, and the delivery terms, in writing. Ask in your inquiry to confirm the payment terms, the trade terms, and the reply time you should expect, rather than assuming any of them. No price, minimum order or lead time figure is stated on this site.
Send an inquiry: include the model, the test or measurement requirement, and the quantity you need. Before payment, confirm the model, the specification from the current datasheet, the quantity, and the delivery terms.
